Here at JJB Corporation, we design and manufacture products from scratch. We design the products here, we cut them on our lasers, we fold them, we weld them, we paint them and we pack them, before sending them directly to customers. Our products are truly Made in the UK as we like to do everything ourselves.
To improve efficiency, and reduce wasteful processes, we’ve been following a concept called “2-Second Lean“. This is the idea of making small improvements every day to save time on processes with an overall goal to remove “waste” in the business.
The main focus of the concept is to “improve the quality of the product for the customer“, which we follow strictly, ensuring only good, well-made products leave our premises to reach our customers.

We operate various online platforms and stores to sell the goods we produce, as well as having multiple in-house brands to focus our product lines.
All of our staff are Lean thinkers, we have morning meetings where we showcase and discuss improvements and we are constantly striving to minimise waste.

We were absolutely delighted to have recently received an award for our efforts in 2-Second Lean.
We received a certificate from Paul Akers to certify that we have been willing and able to successfully implement 2-Second Lean in our company. The certificate was awarded to our MD, Jack Bussey, and celebrates excellence within the Lean community.
