DAILY IMPROVEMENTS
Since 2021, we have documented all of our daily improvements in a video which we watch each morning in our daily meeting.
Originally it was only for internal viewing, but after a while we started posted them publicly, inspired by others in the Lean community. We hope that these videos can also inspire your company to make continuous improvements in your daily working life.
